Cecilie Gaffney, L.Ac., received a Master’s degree in Acupuncture Studies from The Won Institute of Graduate Studies, holding a license under the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine.  She is the founder of Blissface Acupuncture & Aesthetics, specializing in women’s health, musculoskeletal pain conditions, and cosmetic acupuncture, providing care that integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine principles with a refined, spa-centered treatment experience.

Cecilie has a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain management—an area shaped by her experience as an avid cyclist and firsthand understanding of movement-related strain and biomechanical imbalance. She completed a three-day intensive Sports Medicine Acupuncture training that included cadaver lab study for acupuncturists, deepening her understanding of anatomy, fascia, and neuromuscular patterning and further inspiring her work with pain and functional movement. Her treatment approach focuses on reducing pain, improving biomechanics, and supporting the body’s natural healing response through acupuncture, electroacupuncture, and supportive modalities.

She also maintains a focused practice in aesthetic and facial rejuvenation acupuncture. Cecilie has completed Advanced Certification Training in Cosmetic Acupuncture, advanced Microneedling and training with Environ Skin Science all of which significantly inform her approach to skin health and therapeutic rejuvenation. Drawing on her creative professional background, , she combines clinical precision with an attentive aesthetic eye to support circulation, collagen stimulation, facial tone, and overall skin vitality—while also addressing the internal imbalances that influence skin aging, muscle tension, and complexion changes.
